Wow ...

Now, I didn't even know there was such a prize given out, at SIFF.

I am awaiting hearing about the recipient of The Golden Space Needle Award to be honest with you and put in my Nom for that one (which was, of the films I personally saw, "Volke Neun" http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1037228/, and its exceedingly brave cast who worked sans script!)

My charming, lovely encounter with Mr. Sunday and his cohort the more serious Jordan Miller, was enough to have made my experience at the screening of this dizzying film (and all its special effects) ENTIRELY worthwhile!!!

I cannot thank these two lovely young men enough, for making one fan happy.
They did so little, in their minds I am sure.
But, what little they did and said to me, made an impression upon me.

I just watched the film, and I really liked it a lot. I kind of felt like I needed to take a nap when it was finished though. The sensory overload was exhausting.

Well, I am loathe to criticize this film because Mr. Sunday made a fan encounter something very pleasant, you know?
But yes, the sensory overload obscured the plot for me, sometimes, as did the number of times the point of the film was driven home, namely that suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. The belaboring was puzzling, but, Mr. Sunday is such a lovely young man in person that ... well ...
