Is it really only 80 minutes?
Why are movies becoming shorter and shorter? imo if a movie isn't at least 90 minutes it's a waste of time. it's like your just getting into the movie and than bam it's over.

Those 80 minutes feel like an eternity...
shareBecause its not a very long story to tell.
shareMore like 70 minutes, I'd say, and it's still too long. It feels like they took a 30 or 40 minute long movie and stretched out to 70 minutes. If they had made it half an hour long it would have been very good.
I agree with the OP, though: often, movies need to take their time to set things up and tell their story, otherwise they feel rushed, and their conflict resolutions feel like ass-pulls, but that is not always the case. Salvage's plot is simple enough that it doesn't need a long movie to be told.
I fast forwarded it the last 20min...one of the worst movies I've seen in years!
