What is Claire's fascination with the girl's shirt in the classroom just before the professor scrapes the chalk on the chalkboard? At first glance I thought the girl's spine was protruding unnaturally through the back of her shirt, but after rewinding it 3 times and not seeing any difference, I concluded that that wasn't it. Anyone have an idea?

It was yes, because as we find out later, shes likely to be a demon.
On a side note, didn't you get a touch of the NOES from that scene and some others (bath).

Don't understand your use of "NOES" in this context? Please expand/explain - what about the bath - do you mean shower? - scene, please?
