I would say this is completly incorrect. The kingdom of Babylonia existed relatively close to the areas considered Israel today, and as we know the babylonians where of Sumer and Akkadian descent; which would be considered--as you say--"modern day arab." Also the Egyptians are depicted in all of their heiroglyps, in a manner very similar to the "modern day arabs." Jesus would have most likely been of an slightly lighter, yet very arab skin color, due, as you said to intermingling.
And the black jews, as you describe them exist in ethopia and are not an example that works in your favor. They are said to have emigrated to escape Rehoboam. I dont see however how this plays into your argument.
