A refreshing comedy

What a lovely romp! I had the luck of seeing Puccini for Beginners at Sundance this year and can't wait to see it in a theater near me ... I've been giving all my friends the heads-up to keep eyes on their own theater listings.

This film takes a very simple premise, infuses it with intelligent, sassy humor and then paints the picture with one of the more beautifully shot films I've seen in a long time. It's reminiscent to me of the New York that I love from old Woody Allen films ...

Whatever distributor gets the clue first won't be dissapointed at the box office.
