MAJOR BUG- help!

There's too much complaining on this board... we don't see any of you making top-notch video games, now do we?

Anyways, this sure is not Resident evil, or silent hill for that matter, but I'm enjoying it so far.... it's fairly mindless...

I got to "The Docter" part of the game last night.... and I'm a 'save-every-two-seconds' kinda person because I HATE running around killing the same zombies in the same ways and picking up the same items over and over... and right after I got to "The docter" part my game crashes completely and a window pops up saying that there was a bug and I could report it.... well, I've reported it... like a HUNDRED freakin' times... I'm really getting sick of running through this damn warehouse and I was wondering if anyone else had this problem?

If so, can you help me out...... I mean, I only paid 9.99 for the game but damn, it would be a freakin' waste to quit playing just because of the saving issue...

(and quick save doesn't work either- I just stole my sisters keyboard and for SOME reason the F1 buttons don't work....... so, if anyone knows how to fix that problem as well.... I'd be very grateful)
