Will anything be done with the missing Chapter Four of this film?

Four complete chapters were edited for the film, but only three chapters are included in the final version. The missing chapter deals with the struggle of an Iraqi woman whose 10-year-old son is dying of AIDS.

I am sure that it must be beautiful and incredibly moving. Am wondering if anything has become of it -

G-d made man because He loves stories.

It's on the DVD as an extra feature. Some wonderfully metaphoric images in it, but it makes sense that it wasn't part of the film. Well worth seeing though, it's short.
