'FOOKOO BAD GUYS'
When I played the game in every version the helicopter pilot warns you of multiple hostiles by saying something like, you have "fookoo" bad guys on your tail. Does anyone know what the proper word and spelling is?

Are you sure he isn't saying something like "bo coo" bad guys? Some people use a slang pronunciation of the french term for many - beaucoup. just a thought.
it was vookoo i think, i wondered what it meant aswell, but it probably means 'armed and dangerous'. that sorta thing.
NASA spent thousands developing a pen that would write in space. The Russians used a pencil.
the word is "beaucoup" it basically means "a lot of" its french i am not sure how the B could be mistaken for a V but maybe you just heard wrong so when they say "beaucoup hostiles" they mean there are alot of them
