my friend and i completed all 4 coop missions but didn't get any achievements for them. is it because i set it to have infinite respawns? can anyone tell me the specifics to get those achievements?

Yes, I can't remember about Graw 1 but there was some kind of limit and on Graw 2 you must play default settings with ZERO respawns and at least one player must stay alive and complete the entire mission. You must destroy all primary and secondary objectives - AND - eliminate every single enemy before the rescue chopper arrives. I recommend 3 players as a good balance of difficulty and support. I did mission 1 as a twosome and we must have restarted a dozen times or more.
