Titty music - the string piece

Would anyone be able to tell me what is that lovely romantic string piece of music which the girls normally use underneath the (usually) opening sketch, when they throw plates at each other or exchange punches? Sounds like a sub-Morricone or Sakamoto. Any ideas? Thanks. :-)
