In case you're STILL wondering, I've finally found out.

It's NOT classical music, it's a track called 'FINDING BEAUTY' by the Scottish composer Craig Armstrong, who also wrote the scores for 'Moulin Rouge' and 'Romeo and Juliet' (the Baz Luhrman one), as well as 'Mission: Impossible' and 'Ray.'

The track is commercially available on the 2002 EMI CD 'As If To Nothing,' which ironically enough, is NOT a soundtrack album.

Incidentally, 'Finding Beauty' is also currently being used as the backing to commercials in the UK for L'Oreal skin products!

Great choice of music for this show!

I'd like to know what the song was that they sing along to on the credits of the final show. Anybody know?

I'm in Australia.... My dad brought Titty Bang Bang over with him because I love Little Britain and being gay he thought I'd especially love Nicola and Pamela etc. Yeah, what a fantastic show, but now both my Dad and myself are trying to find out what the orchestral music at the end of the show and when the two women fight in that big house is..

It's very clever comedy. I'm a drama teacher and it's just a damn shame I can't use it in my high school because it's so clever but so edgy :)

I think Lucy Montgomery is hot-as.

Blimey, this show really seems to have polarised opinion!

I think there are valid points made on both sides. Sure, there are strong characters & weak characters, just as there are strong sketches & weak sketches. This is the nature of sketch-comedy. Every sketch & character cannot possibly appeal to every viewer (and is not designed to).

People have cited The Fast Show, and Little Britain as examples of how shows like Tittybangbang *should* be done. Personally, I find the same criticisms can be applied to both of those examples. Certain characters in The Fast Show, and certinly Little Britain are weak, cliched and superficial re-invention of previous offerings. This doesn't make them bad shows. Every viewer has different tastes, experiences & viewing history and therefore will take different things from each of these shows.

For the record, plenty of tittybangbang had me laughing out loud. The unusual (dare I say risky) writing, characters & situations had me not quite believing what I was seeing at certain points. This is bold writing, and is to be applauded. As with all sketch based shows, Tittybangbang will have a shelf life, and although I'd love to see more (to see where the writers will take the show next), I hope they don't carry it on for too long (both The Fast Show & Little Britain were guilty of this IMHO).

P.S. Slowdivegrrl you have good taste, I also think Lucy Montgomery is delicious! :o)

The song on the final credits was "Make It Throught The Night" by Rebekah Ryan, it's on her CD album...quite good it is too.
