LOVE THE SHOW

Great Comedy Show.. Very strange but i like dark humour anyway. Lucy is brilliant as a comedy actress and your comments all stink because you musn't have a sense of humour. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I'm sorry Im a comedy nut, I find anything funny, except this, its BAD, REALLY BAD, it is not funny, even the laughter track doesnt laugh, BAD, REALLY BAD. They try to be crude and extreme like Little Britain but it doesnt work, its just bad taste! VERY VERY BAD

Well I enjoy it too. True, it does have some annoying sketches which aren't really funny (the SHUT-UP family springs to mind) but some of it is totally funny. The Don't-Look-At-Me maid always has me in stitches and Maxine Bendix is also hilarious with her bad plastic surgery. Hopefully if they do a second series they can iron out the slight uneveness of the first but still retain the characters which make the first one funny (IMO of course).

Hi from Australia (born UK).,

I tend to disagree with the comments made by yourself about the quality of humour in Titty Bang Bang. Firstly, the reason we have a variety of comedy styles is to appeal to the diversity of people's tastes. Titty Bang Bang might be offensive and in "bad taste" (whose tastes???), but that is obviously part of it's appeal. There is definitely a dark and twisted through line connecting all of the various sketches. As a drama teacher I am just frustrated that I can not use it in my high school classes (adult content) to show how elements of satire and parody can be so cleverly combined to produce sophisticated meanings whilst appealing to a diverse demographic. It is great to see the girls doing something quite edgy and in some respects political. I honestly can't see how just writing the comedy off as 'rubbish' is in any way articulating the complexity of its content and construction.

Sure, some people won't be able to identify the irony in it's tackiness and bawdiness - but again, we all have different persuasions :)

Lesley.

Have you ever seen any comedy before?

This is comfortably the worst sketch to have been made in my living memory. Writing is horrendous, acting well below par, and the directing is at times embarrassing. It makes you wonder how this crap gets commissioned.

I wouldn't worry about the positive people... BBC Viral Marketting team at work I'd hazard.

By the looks of it it looks rubbish and they just say anything because they can't think of anything to say

Agreed, yeah there are scenes that you cant help fast forwarding through but the ones that are good are very funny. The old ladies who sew with nothing on the bottom, pete wade(pinacle spas),she's got a knife and the best by far don peacock.Yeah its crass and in bad taste sometimes but thats what makes the best comedy great. You dont hear people slagging off bottom, the young ones and even monty python. And before anyone says python wasnt crass or toilet humour, you obviously havent seen much of them!
This isnt the league of those but it has its moments.
