I Rang the show once

I rang to see if they could find my dad asx i have never met him, not so for much for me but for my sister. Anyway gave all the information that i had and they got back to me about a month later to say they couldn't find him.

No suprise there and to be honest i was quite releved, the next minute the shows researchers started to ask if i wanted to share anything else with the world to which i replied no, the next minute i'm being pressured on the phone to reveal the most intimates secrets of my family life, to which i replied your were supposed to help me find my dad not get me to dish the dirt on my personal life.

To cut a long story short this carried on for another 4-5 minutes, i was that irate about the underhand tatics of his researcher, i told her to *beep* off and never bother me again.

I admit i watch the show but it always makes me wonder now what tatics they use to get the guests on the show because they really annoyed me that day when they called me back.

Anyone else had an experience like this?

i couldnt go on there as i would really go to hit that thing that calls himself a man.

The show is theatrical, it is entertainment.

Now I'm not saying there is no truth what-so-ever in the show. But if they can make it more entertaining by "persuading" the guests...then they will.

If it ever came out that 90% of the stories on the show was fabricated in some way. I just would not be surprised at all.
Editing is a powerful tool.

And so, God came forth and proclaimed widescreen is the best.

A bit late in replying but what I would've done is make up some ridiculous story about yourself, a boyfriend and a girlfriend. A love triangle (All your mates to play along) Then go and the show and make a mug of him, it would not be hard. Don't get me wrong, I watch the show but he takes the piss and so the "Guests" who can be so thick it's not even funny.
