I thought it was quite hilarious that she and Judy thought one of the rookie candidates was awkward and couldn't walk in heels. At the end of the very same epi, Kelli is clunking across the floor of the empty studio in her heels. She seemed a bit awkward and challenged herself.

I thought the same thing! I admire Kelli tremendously as the director of the DCC, but her style of dress leaves a lot to be desired. Her clothes often fit her like a sausage casing, and the mincing steps she takes in those overly high-heeled shoes she wears are ridiculous.
