Fiona crying?

My roomies and I were confused by the scene where Fiona keeps saying "I guess I'll see you tomorrow then" to Grant, but she is also crying. It almost seemed like she knew that she was pushing Grant away. There were a few times during the movie that we felt like Fiona was doing certain things on purpose. Did anyone else feel like this?

Overall I thought the portrayal of alzheimers was good overall. I'm more familiar with my grandfather's dementia...the part with the bottle of wine was spot on.

I also believed that she was pushing him away on purpose. I felt that she was torn, she loved how "persistent" he was but was also afraid to let him in because eventually she will forget him. They loved each other very much but she was afraid of losing him again and again so she pushed him away.
