1. Why was this movie made at all?

2. In these natural/manmade disaster movies, how come the plague doesn't kill children or beautiful people? Kid on his bike, and/or the search party in the cavern.

Lastly, why are the government shock troops portrayed as such idiots?

If you have to pay more than 5 cents to see this movie...........don't!!!
