US release?

I love all of Tsukamoto's films and am dying to see this. Anyone know of a release in the US?

...Tartan never released Tetsuo 2, not in the US anyway....it seems after the release of Vital TartanUSA seems to have moved on from Tsukamoto's films. Tartan, when they released the Tetsuo DVD promised releases of his hard to get greats Tetsuo 2 and Tokyo Fist but they never delivered, so the only way you can get them is either Manga's release of Tokyo Fist (and good luck finding that) and every now and then youll see a bootleg for Tetsuo 2. I am guessing Tartan has no interest in Haze or Female because of their runtime which sucks because I am having a hell of a hard time even trying to track them down on ebay!

Just a heads up-

the version at sazuma.com is PAL , so make sure your t.v. reads PAl format.

this is also available at yesasia.com, howeveer it might only be the japanese version without subtitles- this version is NTSC Region 2

too add-

region fre dvd players are just that, region free.NTSC and Pal have regions, if you have a region free NTSC player it will only play those NTSC regions.Pal and NTSC are completely different machines -including televisions-equipped to decode those dvds for that specific area of the globe. You have to have a converter within the machine-dvd player- in order for it to convert the signals. Meaning, a region free NTSC dvd will not play in a PAL dvd player, and vice versa.
http://www.220-electronics.com/
this site has dvd players that convert PAL to NTSC to be viewed on North American televisions-NTSC.

To add to gishikin's statement: You can also buy a region free dvd player. I lucked out and bought one from a local rental place that I support and have been incredibly satisfied with it. They not only can decode the region settings but they can play pal dvd's to ntsc tv's and visa versa. Brilliant investment if you ask me (especially since mine only cost 70 bucks!

You can get a copy here http://asiancult.com/product_info.php?products_id=2600, It has Subtitles and will play on North American DVD players, thats where I ordered mine from.

Asian Cult had promotional copies from a film festival, key word = HAD

They're gone, the Weinsteins are our only hope...

Any chance you'd be interested in upping a torrent? It would be very appreciated by many until we get a actual release we could buy.
