Who was he and why did he have to go in the casket with the shop owner? Was he a shop owner? It seems like they were in there for days.

he was forced in. he was with lok originally, but apparently facing some kind of issue with his wife, the guy in the clown mask tried to leave the job. for that, he was forced in the casket with Jimmy's financier.
