Based on the IMDB information so far, is this really going to be a film based in 17th Century Amsterdam that has nothing filmed there?!

Typical... Filming regulations in The Netherlands are so complex and unappealing that it's cheaper to build sets than it is to actually film in Amsterdam. Lost capital, it seems to me.
