I found it quite good actually. I saw some movies from the coens that were not as good as this. So I am surprised that this gets a lower rating than "burn after reading" or "hail cesar"- defenitly better! Although it is some kind of predictable at some point and it had not the nicely delivered dry humor as older Coen Films it still has qualities. Also the soundtrack by A. Desplat is impressive!

I agree with peterkneter77 about Hail Cesar. This movie however, contains several absurdities that makes it so well worth watching, for example, almost all citizens of Suburbicon focus on the presence of the African American family and no-one seems to care about the fact that several psychopaths roam the area!
