What If Don Knotts Had Knocked Up Nicolas Cage?

-And listen, I'm not so sure he didn't. What I'm saying is, the baby, (if it was a boy, I mean,) would almost certainly look very much like Joel David Moore. Not that that's such a bad thing.

I just finished watching Spiral, and I enjoyed it more than anything I've viewed in recent memory. Completely involving. I very much wanted a happy ending for all involved, didn't expect one and of course I won't say here whether or not there was one. In the final moments, though, I let go of my own expectations and desires and just trusted Moore, (who co-authored this thing, of course,) to do the driving. I wanted a happy outcome, but I was far more interested in seeing what Moore himself had in mind. I found the D'enouement quite satisfying.

I've only seen the guy in this, and Hatchet. He seems to want to give the moviegoing public something truly unique. I think he's really going places, and even if he isn't, I respect the hell out of what I believe he's trying to do. His stuff is anything but conventional, and he uses those funny looks of his to really nice effect.

I doubt that Nicholas Cage is actually his dad, or that the guy can even get pregnant. Maybe Cage and Knotts never even knew each other. Still, I have to wonder...

Nah.
