Random funny moment

I thought a funny, random moment from the movie was when that guy threw that bundle of newspapers at the protagonist's head and sat in the back of the pickup laughing with his tounge out. What made it more funnier was the time of day, it had to have been around 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. by the time those guys were finally delivering the newspaper.
