Two different versions?

So I was thinking about buying the DVD if I could find it really cheap, but on Amazon, there are two different DVD versions. I was wondering if there was really any difference?

The first says rated R, 87 minutes, $9.99

The second says Unrated, 91 minutes, $7.98

Is there actually an unrated version? I can't find any info on it.

The film is listed as running 91 minutes on IMDb, which is the length of the version I viewed on streaming. It's pretty brutal as far as the killings/torture scenes go, and there are some make-out scenes, plus a sequence featuring Rebekah Kochan top-nude, but it struck me as R-rated. So, I can't imagine what they'd cut from the 87-minute version if it's R-rated, as listed (maybe shots of the dead kids or bits from the torture sequences). Of course, it's possible Amazon's technical details on the running length are simply inaccurate and they're the exact same movie. It's been known to happen.
