"I love you. Come back. Come back to me."

reply

well.. wait, like the rest of us.

It's only playing in 8 theatres. It may not be opening in any more theatres. The rest of us will have to wait for the dvd to come out in 2008.

reply

man... i hope it's gonna be really worth the wait...

You can tell from the plot description and trailer its pretty generic. Guy is the bad guy and they both express how much they don't like each other at first. But of course end up falling for each other and she changes the guys misogynistic ways. And then I vomit at the cheesy, generic piece of crap.

If somebody asks for the ending of a movie - just give it to them. How absurd to tell them to wait. Specially when it's a film like this: hard to find and that played nowhere (it deserved better - it's a pretty good movie with solid performances and a script that made me pay attention).

BTW - Sorry this is like... 4 1/2 years too late.

Note - it was my first time watching Martin Freeman playing a douche instead of his usual stand up guy thing. His character irked me.

Here we go... From now on it's spoilers spoilers and more spoilers.

There's the conflict - he gets hurt when he finds out she didn't tell him about a big money bonus, insults her.
She leaves.
He misses her.
Then he finds out she donated her hefty bonus and is now going to travel with the douche who had dumped her before.

He goes to her book signing. Very dramatic. Cool cameo happens here I'm not going to spoil (big time director).

Henry gives THE speech. I liked his speech - it was cray cray enough for me.

Lucy says no.

She changes her mind. Deep felt promises. Fade.
