significance of Hannah's finger crooking

After the wedding ceremony at temple, Hannah holds up her hand, smiling, and crooks her index finger. I've not seen this gesture before. Can someone say what this means? Thanks.

Jewish marriage custom is that the wife wears the wedding ring on her index finger. Hannah was showing that she had the ring on her finger. I think the crooking was just so that it didn't fall off, no other significance.
