You people on this board are taking this movie way to literally. I highly doubt fat people go around making fun of skinny people for being fit. Not to mention the two women in the movie were cousins. Family tend to have their little borderline rude yet endearing comments like that all the time. It's meant in jest with no harm. It's like a close girlfriend calling you a fat ass for eating a double cheeseburger when in reality you are average size from someone your age, weight and height. It's not meant to be hurtful or mean. You all really need to relax. This movie was meant to be nothing more than humorous-- not bashing fat people, not bashing skinny people.
But since everyone is taking this so literal--Health is great unfortunately not all of us have it and sometimes it's a person's poor health that may lead to them being overweight (steroids for a condition, mental, thyroids, etc). Having problems like that could cause anyone to have a bad attitude about health because it's a no win situation. If you are going to take this movie literally (though I don't advise it) perhaps be understanding about other people's situation rather than annoyed.
