John Malkovich!! OMG

That is what I thought when I saw him than he died and the movie sucked and got boring...... I WASTED A LOT OF MONEY

John Malkovich is lending his dead-pan, bored delivery to straight to video projects as well. His performance was the most cringe worthy in the film. I thought he couldn't be more wooden and dead than Man in the Iron Mask. But he ... has to put ... pauses in un ... usual places in each ... sentence ... while barely registering a ... tonal change ... and stopping ... to lick his lips ... and ... stare into space ... thoughtfully ...

I haven't seen much of John Malkovich, but the verbal tic his character had in this movie was so aggravating that it was a relief when the mutants got him.

That 'tick' is every character he plays.

He had some truly awful lines as well: "The absence ... of gravity .... interferes ... with my digestion."
