Check out 'The Fifth Element' (1997) w/ Bruce Willis. There's flying cars and also (and coincidentally?) even a redhead like Pryanka's character. Is this the Bollywood version?

I've seen the fifth element, and I can guarantee that Lovestory 2050 is not a copy of, nor was it inspired by, the fifth element.
Firstly, there is no time travel in the fifth element, unlike love story 2050. Secondly, priyanka plays a double role in this film, while there is no double role in fifth element (of course, thats not to say that one of priyanka's characters can't be copied off of the redhead from 5th element).
Thirdly, the female character in the 5th element seems nothing like priyanka as a redhead. For instance, priyanka is seen at a futuristic club/bar in the song milo na milo. You're not going to see leeloo from the 5th element at any social thing like that.
Of course, I'm not saying that Love Story 2050 wasn't copied from any other movie (it may very well be). I'm just saying that its definitely not a copy of the 5th element.
Well, it looks pretty interesting and I'm going to check it out. I've never seen a Science Fiction-type Hindi film before. I love all the originals (anything from Aamir Khan or Subhash Ghai's older works), but the whole lot of the so called 'remakes' that I'm not fond of because I've watched all of it from Hollywood.
