Since the public will probably never get to see this film, can you tell me what's with the Karl Urban torture scene in the promo on YouTube? Any and all details would be appreciated.

Black Water Transit (2009) is a POS movie. It is a low budget, independently made, action movie but with an OK cast. I have not seen the promo but Karl Urban is captured by L Fishburn and electrocuted. He manages to escape.
