Who's the biker dude at the gay bar?

Not sure how many of you play video games, but this guy struck me as Billy Grey from GTA - Lost and Damned. I found out it's not him, but who the **** is he?? I know I've seen him before, and I can't find his name in the cast list. (He had no name in the movie, and I didnt find anyone credited as Guy at Gay Bar). So I'm stumped.

Edit: Oh my god, it's Grizzly Adams. Okay, nevermind...I knew I remembered him from somewhere..

I'm having the same problem. I know I've seen him before, but not sure who he is.

Found it...It's Dan Haggerty. The role he is playing is "Tubby".
