Pay special attention to ***spoiler***

First off, this movie far exceeded my expectations. While some may enjoy the movie since it features the beautiful Emmanuelle Chriqui, pay special attention to

the hot blonde female detective. Since the cast is spotty in IMDB, I'm not sure what actress played her, but you're just begging for her to play an even "bigger" role in this film than seemingly she does.

At the end, you realize her role was, to say the least "pivotal". Hot role. Made the movie, which seemed a bit soap opera-ish up till this point, well worth watching.

Trust me on this one.

Ashley Scott... a real babe... she'll never get an Oscar or anything lol but she looks great and she's the easy going type of gal...

if you want to check out more movies where she should have a bigger part, take a look at Into The Blue (bikinis, bikinis!), Puff, Puff, Pass and Walking Tall (a somewhat bigger part but really worth seeing just for THE pole dancing scene :D)

If you want to see her a lot more, try to get your hands on some TV show... she was recently in Jericho and she had the lead in Birds Of Prey.

In the last scene when the 2 of them are in the car, I noticed that Emily had turned her head slightly to the side and looked a little menacing at Sam.
It was right after Sam had apologized for beating up Emily a little too much.
I got the impression that Emily was going to kill Sam once they got to Brazil.
Anyone else get this vibe?

That is Ashley Scott - she is from Metairie, Louisiana; I as well am from New Orleans but I lived Uptown, a few blocks from Audubon Zoo, this is where I grew up for many many years. Now Metairie really wasn't far from New Orleans - like a 20 minute rid, even if that. I'm happy to see her getting some roles, I was happy she starred opposite Dwayne Johnson "The Rock" ex wrester turned actor in Standing Tall, not bad for a young girl coming from a little place called Metairie; I have always thought she was so pretty, now she has very short hair (sort of like a pixie cut) but she looks gorgeous - she has that bone structure to wear any style she wants. You right she wasn't the ONLY beautiful girl in the movie.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm glad to see IMDb has updated their entry for Deceit as well as Ashley Scott. You'll notice my post was from nearly 8 years ago! Back then I didn't know who the actress Ashley Scott was.

Although it didn't get good ratings, I'm going to check out Unstable (2012) which stars Ms. Scott:
