What's up with the running time?
After three-hour features on dinosaurs and beasts, why would BBC suddenly cut the running time of this one in half? Doesn't make any sense.
Why do men have nipples?
Budget cut, I think. I don't like this aspect because it forced them to put multiple periods into one episode (the same happened to Sea Monsters). I'm afraid it's become the new way of making these mini-series; Prehistoric Park (another Nigel Marven adventure) is listed as 60 minutes. I hope that's not the total running time.
Compromise: we descend from apes who ate apples
They should have made six episodes instead of three, that's for sure. There was so much more they could show, even though this was brilliant.
