If you are so sure these books are a lie or untrue, then you should encourage everyone to read it, and see how untrue it is for themselves.
God can reach you in anyway, God is bigger than you think. If these books or movie are not for YOU, look somewhere else. Yet don't limit or reject where others can look.

I believe myself to be Christian although not affiliated to any religion. I have to say that this movie is more of a ploy to justify how this Neale man made his millions off of God. I haven't read the books nor do I intend to, since, from what I have read and heard, it seems he came up with some unbelievable bull crap.

My dear Christian friend, how many religious pastors, priest, clergymen etc. do you know of that get paid to do there life devoted job, only in the service of there fellow man and women (meaning according to the scriptures, making them in the service of God). What do you think Neale has done with his funds!?? Has he spent them selfishly, has he not traveled the world, educating and teaching many about God and how to get closer to him. Throughout the whole entire film, Neale focuses on ONE main point and that is "Love", that Love is an expression from God to each and everyone of his childre that he cares for us and wants us to be Spiritually Happy!!!
Pray "Gs_May", and understand that it is no sin to make money of of doing good. If I be wrong PLEASE CORRECT me with an example. What do you do for a living, are the majority of Lawyers and Judges, Gov. Officers in high positions making money in a righteous and just and pure manner, do they make money off of Truely helping every person they come in contact with (directly or indirectly). I figure NOT. How than can one critize a man who has only spoken good and call him a "false prophet" ...ONLY DO SO IF YOU SEE FAULT IN HIM and his teachings, every word that comes out of his mouth will be judged accordingly.
May I ask you, what words did he say that you felt contradicted himself and or went against Gods own words, or the words of his True Disciples and prophets as mentioned in the scriptures. Movies, books, & churches don't bring you closer to God. YOU bring yourself closer to God. None of these outside influences will do it for you, OR prevent you from doing it....
The movie, in my opinion, was EXCELLENT. It was inspirational and touching.

yah... This is the answer I would expect from Mr. Neale.
shareReally, you can't tell people what they should do or not. It's up to their relationship with God. If they're really Christian, the Holy Spirit will guide them to do what God wants and will bring them to know God more intimately.
And if they're not Christians, it depends on what they get away from it or makes them think about God.
You can't read/watch something then tell people not to, just because you think it's a lie. For some people, these books may help them get closer with their relationship with God, and learn more about Him. Maybe God's speaking to them when reading the books and they'll come to sudden realisation on something they might not have been clear on before.
But don't believe everything the you read/watch either, especially when talking about religion. If someone says something, ALWAYS check if God says that in the bible. Don't just believe what your preacher tells you or what your Christian friends say. Yeah they can help and it's good to discuss questions etc with other people, but just remember to only rely on the Bible, God's Word and what the Holy Spirit guides you to do.
Hopefully that makes sense and you guys'll get what i'm trying to say. yeah, just ask me anything you're not clear on.
but my main point is to not rely on ANYTHING you hear or what is preached to you. The preachers are there to help you understand God more and His Word, but it's always a good idea to check up what they're preaching in the bible.
Amen, this is true indeed. And God can literally use anything to point someone to Christ, but the true believer must ultimately rely on scripture and faith in God alone to walk with Him in Spirit and in Truth.

Its amazingly sad how a man who will call him self a "TRUE Born again Christian", would deny something that is so good and positive for the human spirit. One who avoids righteous, runs with fear of progressing and learning. There are times of deception, such as by one that is an Anti-Christ, but someone as such will eventually slip something in to deceive many, the Book I have not read, but the film I have watched and I recommend it to anyone who wishes to allow a good spirit into there home. "URSNSD34", how many times have you allowed a movie with vulgar language or inappropriate sexual activity of any kind whether implied or nudity or just a women or man half dressed, SURELY that cannot be better than a film based on Good Moral Value, who only brings glory to God. Not to MAN, but to God.

the movie was very good, it made me think a bit about who i am, and who i should become. i have read through the books, but they really didn't do anything for me, but as i said before, the movie was good.
