-Relax!

lipstickjungleemployee- You have been 100% right. We need to keep sending those lipsticks in and emailing and writing and emailing whatever it takes.

They need to figure out how to incorporate the ratings with the DVR and Tivo's ratings. We are in a new time and the viewers don't want to sit around with 6 commericals when you can just fast forward it. Online they have 30 second commericals and that's it. If the advertisers are worried then they need to start incorporating 1 commerical per break. or something... but people are watching!

We've got to keep doing it. A new article says the execs have not ordered beyond the 13 episodes of their initial order, so we've got work to do.

lipstickjungleemployee, does watching on DVR count? I usually DVR the show, but if I have to stay up and watch it to keep it on the air, I will.

What I've done since I'm not home on Friday nights is set my tv timer to go on and off when the show starts and ends. That way I can DVR it and my "viewership" will count :P

reply

Excellent idea! I'm going to try it.

Did it. Hope it makes a difference, although I wonder if my television would even be counted considering I'm not one of the Nielsen rating families. I have Time Warner digital cable. Wonder if Time Warner measures what their customers watch and deliver the numbers to NBC.
