Rewatching 1st season, so obvious Jason is messed up...

I'm rewatching the 1st season on Retro MTV and it is SO obvious Jason is on drugs. His glassed over eyes, constantly rubbing his nostrils and his general out-of-it demeanor are huge red flags. At his birthday party at Blowfish it is so obvious that he keeps leaving the table to go get a fix. I can't believe "good girl" Lauren put up with it or MTV allowed it to go on so obviously during production.

Yes, coked out of his mind!! The way he kept rubbing his nostrils and the constant cig smoking was SO. OBVIOUS. I never realized back when I watched this in high school, though.

he's off his tits in that birthday scene. lol. tis uber obvious. justin bobby is another one who is obviously high through the show as well. MTV clearly didn't give a F

I think Jason tried cocaine a little bit in that's season. It's obvious he even said that he was addicted to drugs and alcohol in high school when he started getting mtv money he started a drug problem.

I just rewatched the first season too on MTV retro and I couldn't believe Lauren picked Jason over Paris, like really Lauren?!? I guess it was MTVs watered down version of The Devil Wears Prada 😛

That was a huge mistake on Lauren's part. Jason was such a jerk to her. I would have said- "Goodbye Jason. I'm not passing up this opportunity to go to Paris!"
