Song help!

Does anybody know the name of the song where Makino returns the hanky to Rui in the fire escape? It's kind of piano/orchestral-ish.
And the second one where Doumyouji's mom is in his room and he's telling her that she's actually with him and not in NYC (or something along those lines). It's piano, I believe.
If anybody knows the names, I'd greatly appreciate it.
