They use music that's from the soundtrack of another film but i can't put my finger on where it's from. Anyone know?

I'm dying to know this. I remember the music from this movie playing in another movie with a voiceover from an older man but I can't remember which movie it is. Does anyone know?

Song for Jesse.

This drove me nuts for two weeks.

Apparently, it was used in Peaky Blinders too
