Because it doesn't look it. The original will always be a classic, and the first remake is an absolute masterpiece, but what's the point of making this, reanimated and Origins 3D. It's overkill and there's no reason to it other than because they can. But could someone tell me if this remake is good?

You know how certain people whine "worst movie EVER" when they're disappointed with a movie? Well, this would be a case when the statement can actually hold water. I'd have to make a special effort to seek out a worse flick, and I'm very serious when I say that this movie makes Uwe Boll look good.

No it isn't very good. If you've seen the 1968 or 1990 version that is good enough. I watched it for the first time in several years. It's not as bad as I remember it being back then but it still just isn't a good movie.
