Because the whole movie is showing the hypocrisy of the Upper East Side families. They neglect their children, the husbands cheat on their wives, they place material possessions above people, and apparently, they are racists to boot. However, in the commentary, it said that the nanny work force is almost entirely immigrant, which allows them to be severely mistreated. They work too many hours and many are not paid even minimum wage.

In this world you must be oh so smart or oh so pleasant.For years I was smart.I recommend pleasant

the irish Nanny was kinda cute. (ya i'm a guy)

the movie was very good i liked it. seeing paul there took me back to John Adam's
