Who is in the Poster? (and where to get it)

I have seen this movie over a year ago at the berlinale and really loved it. Since then i wonder who is on the Poster in the kids room?

Is it Fritz Lang? Or is is John Ford? It looks like it is a poster from a festival but im not sure.

Does anyone know it? Or does anyone has an idea where i can get it?

It's John Ford; the photograph was taken by Richard Avedon at Ford's home in Bel Air, California in 1972. This photograph was added to another Avedon 1972 picture of Jean Renoir to create a poster for the 1978 New York Film Festival at Lincoln center. I first saw this poster in NY at a friend's apartment in 1987. I searched for years and found it on ebay in a vintage poster/art store in Philadelphia in 2005 just before we made the film.
