I have a Yahoo! group for Jesse Eisenberg (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jesse_eisenberg/), and I'd like to give them some information on it, so..any information about the plot would be terrific, and anything else you could let me know. Thank you!

Okay. For some reason the main character is no listed on this website, but basically the movie is a comedy that concerns K. Roth Binew, an artist who learns that he has one day left to live. With his faithful sidekick, Mills Joquin (Jesse Eisenberg) he travels around his town to figure out the meaning of life. Ultimately all the wacky people he meets go to his wake in which he is still alive. (hence The Living Wake).

It should be pretty funny, and Jesse Eisenberg is phenomenal in it.

I see Colombe returned in this film. But she doesnt have a name character, so is it just a bit part?

reply

Don't trust this site. I had to add the director myself, because for some reason they didn't have him attached to the movie. Also, they are missing the actor who plays the lead role of K. Roth Binew.

But anyways, I can't really comment on the amount of screen time she will get, but her character was not a bit part, I can tell you that much.

The movie should be almost finished with post soon, so hopefully when I get a chance to see it I can come back give you more info.

How big of a role does Jim Gaffigan have?

reply

Not exactly sure, as I haven't seen it yet. I believe he plays either the main characters Father or Brother, but I don't recall.

This is playing at the Woodstock Film Festival the weekend of October 12th if you can get there. If I manage to see this I'll report back.
