Anybody drive an EV and live in an apart/condo with a shared garage?

How do you charge your car in a large share garage? I am a UCLA grad student doing an internship for Fisker Automotive and I'm trying to find solutions to this challenge for EV drivers.

Thanks!

I would first contact the appropriate administration at your apartment/condo/school to see if they will work with you in getting an EV charging system installed in the garage.

This may not even cost your garage anything. Try talking to your local electric utility, and see if they have a program in place to provide free charging stations and installation. For example, here's a free charger program I used in Michigan:

Even if your utility doesn't have a program, it's worthwhile to talk to your school or landlord. They will have to think about charger installation someday, after all.
