How do you recapture a city?
That damn Barbarian State has captured two of my cities.How do I recapture it?
I should have known those alien maggots booby trapped this sub.
Same way they did, kill off all the defenders and enter the city. Note that cities lose a population point and most all buildings when defeated, so if you defeat a 1 pop city, it's razed.
