You know, this got me thinking. The girl who was a virgin and suddenly she's about to get it on with her bf, then bam out of the blue she's getting raped by the werewolf, I wonder how horrific that must've been for her? good thing she died so she didnt have to live with it. Then what must've been going thru the boyfriends head at the moment in time? That part will always remain with me, along w/ the female friend forcibly blowing the stepdad.
Yeah, people can laugh at fictional murder, but they always have to take fictional rape so seriously, even when it's completely ridiculous (i.e. done by a frickin' werewolf).
THe BJ wasn't rape anyway. It was (kinda) consensual because she needed a sample of his bodily fluids.

I had the misfortune of seeing this flick and okay, sure it's fictional and no one was really assaulted or anything, but rapes always suck the fun out of any movie I'm watching. I would say the same thing about a fictional child molestation. If the werewolf had raped a small child in the movie, as ridiculous as that would be, it would turn me off completely from enjoying the rest of the movie.
Fictional murders can be hilarious, but fictional rapes? Eh, not so much.
Don't try to cash in love, that check will always bounce.

Then why the hell do you have a Kill Bill avatar? In the first few scenes of that film, there is a rape of an unconscious woman and talk of it repeatedly happening. What the hell kind of mixed message are you trying to send here?
I can't understand where you two people are coming from. This is a comedy/horror, if you take any of it too seriously, you definitely have some deeply repressed issues. No problem if fictionally a guys skull gets torn off his body, but fictionally forced sex is somehow too much. You people make zero sense.
I do agree with one point that the poster above me said though, I too never find rape funny, even in a film. However I don't find it overly repulsive any more than any other kind of violence. It's always fiction about a ruthless a--hole of some sort, I just take it as it is. True stories of course can be more emotionally impacting when it comes to violence.
My body's a cage, it's been used and abused...and I...LIKE IT!!

Dude, you're so right, I'm a hypocrite, because SHOWING a rape and TALKING about a rape are THE EXACT SAME THING![/sarcasm]

Because I didn't find the rape humor funny *I* have deeply repressed issues? Am I reading that correctly? It can't be that I just didn't like it or find it funny, I should enjoy seeing a woman get raped by a guy in bad werewolf makeup. Gotcha.
To use another example, there's also a rape in Pulp Fiction. That rape is quite disturbing (though I'm sure some found it funny) but at least the rapists in that case are immediately dealt with with great vengeance and furious anger and Bruce Willis doesn't begrudgingly give Zed a blowjob in order to get a sperm sample.
But hey, this is America, you're free to announce your affection for rape humor if you want, and I am free to express my distaste for it.
I already said that I don't find rape scenes funny either. To say the least, your reply is pretty solid evidence that you have a very difficult time understanding simple English. So to answer your question, no, you didn't read that correctly, in fact, not even close to correctly. I wonder if you're capable. You're an insinuation machine. Where exactly did I say that I liked rape humor, or that I thought that you should find rape in a movie funny? Where did I say that I was American? Exactly, I've never said anything even close to those statements. Don't forget to go to school kid, you need it badly. I suppose in America you are also free to be an uneducated dolt, but personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

It's purely fictional movie violence anyway you slice it, of course it doesn't turn me on, nor off. You now make the assertion that a person who is not dumb, should automatically be turned off by rape in a fictional piece of art and/or entertainment. Biology is obviously something you understand little to none of. Come on, anyone who pays much attention to you at all, couldn't help but see that you're ridiculously dumb. You consistently make illogical and ignorant statements, and you can barely comprehend English it seems. Sorry to drag you away from your lack of learning much of anything at all. :)
Please notice the major difference between your post and mine. Yours is delusional nonsense, mine is based solely in reality. Have you ever heard of reality?
