It is the 4th background song in the VCR segment, coming on after Bruce Springsteen's Glory Days

It starts up while Joel Stein and Hal Sparks are talking about the remote control being attached by a string, and ends when Rachael Harris talks about the flashing light

I'd kill to know what this song is called and who plays it
