Well I dont think it is a exact copy of any particular movie. Indian directors are now smart enough, they know the Indian Audience is not fools anymore. So they are not copying a movie completely instead they are copy plots from several movies and making a different one.
Well many predicted OM SHANTI OM to be the remake of Karz or the 1989 Hollywood movie "Chances Ares". It turned out that it was a remake of none of them but a cocktail of both.
Both the guys are collect it is a plot from the korean movie, and Mickey Blue Eyes. I think it is being also adapted from the movie "Bachelor". According to the trailer, it seems Akashay Kumar needs to get married desparately but not able to kind a bride. I think this plot has been adapted from the movie Bachelor.
Well we will all see what it is ones it releases.

its not a copy of mickey blue eyes. if you watch the movie youll see it has a completely different storyline. other than the situation of falling for a girl from a gangster family, the rest of the movie is different.
