Come on guys the film is soo Mickey Blue Eyes. The mafia dad/brother. The painting that he like to do. Oh and coincidently the lead actor is a auctioneer who sells the painting.

I've watched them but out of 100% you'll find 70% being made without any knowledge of the original movie owner.

You can say the same about certain Hollywood movies buddy. I remember a recent movie starring Jennifer Antison is classic copy of the Hindi movie "Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya" I forgot the name so feel free to enlighten yourself by checking it out on IMDB
But they do it by saying "remake" unlike Bollywood.
