Had everything I could ever want in this kind of movie....fantastic fighting,
epic storyline....smokin' hot sword-babes...beautiful and percussive symphonic
score...an ending that can almost move you to tears...eye-popping camera-work.
Anyone who loved "Crouching Tiger", "Hero", "House of Flying Daggers"
....run, do not walk to get your hands on this one.
(And yeh, I even liked the guy who was sending up Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow...)

yeah the kung foo and sword play was waaay better than Hong Kong films whose fights go on & on & on & on & on & on & on for a hunnit light yrs! When these ppl in SS kick azz, they put their competitors down for good. Aint no get back w/ them and that's what I'm talking about
shareI thought it norm for an Asian Kung Fu flick. The only few things I do not like about this movie is
1. appearance of veins before a person dies from internal injuries. Not realistic.
2. exploding body parts.... overly exaggerated.
3. the villain's sword was painted in blood.... pretty unrealistic.
But what I do like is the way they made the sword vibrate. Signs of sentience in the sword.
I'very only seen a handful of Korean movies but so far this one is my favorite.
