I heard rumours from Tomino quotes that this film will give a new happy ending to the story. Do you think this will just be that Kamille doesn't meet the same fate as in the show, or will other characters who die survive. Will Neo Zeon be defeated? And if neo zeon isn't defeated, and Kamille is fine, then if they do a ZZ film trilogy will Kamille feature more? It all seems so confusing!
shareI dunno...much of Tomino's Z Gundam works were when he was depressed...now that he isn't, I guess it might be happier.

Well apperently Tomino was rather depressed when he was doing the end of the seires so he decided to display his bleak outlook on life (at the time) in his show, which is why Kamille suffers so much and eventualy is mentaly crushed by the end of the series. Well, fans were not exactly fans of this rather depressing ending to the series, and since Tomino is not such a sad sack now at days, he decided to redo the ending. Apperently the other character still die but Scirraco never gets the chance to use his newtype powers to mentaly attack Kamille. The result is a happyer ending with Kamille returning home with Fa... of course, this does screw up the continuity with ZZ Gundam. The movies in general F'ed up the continuity with both ZZ gundam and Char's Counterattack due to the changes made.
