How did you find out about this movie?

I found out about it from seeing 2-3 commercials for it awhile ago at like 2-3 in the morning

A family member of mine has been producing it. I think it is not at all that great. I have seen it 100000 times.....

The day when it actually was released I was listening to the radio that morning and Bob Saget was actually on a show promoting the film.

I heard about it on the Opie and Anthony radio show, Saget, a frequenter of the show, had mentioned the movie a while before it was being finished. The O&A show was where I learned Bob Saget was more of a vulgar comic than everyone percieves him to be, considering he hit mass appeal on a family-oriented show! Most comics that are his friends who have also appeared on the O&A show have said they were astonished when he landed the "Full House" gig, considering it was practically his antithesis.

When it was being realeased, "Farce of the Penguins" was eventually marked on the O&A show by reappearnces of Saget, and (personally, a long-awaited) return of Lewis Black to the show, who had only been a call-in guest once or twice since they began on XM.

I only recently stumbled upon a used copy of "Farce of the Penguins" in Blockbuster, as it is only on the independent TH!NK video, also known for "The Aristocrats".

I love a good "in-joke". As far as in-jokes go, I was pleasantly surprised (spoiler alert?) to see a partial reunion of the "Full House" cast, some of the voices recognizable at first listen, others took me until the credits to figure out. Dave Coulier's voice, also heard on "America's Funniest Home Videos" as a simulated narrative voice for children or pets, was the first I recognized. John Stamos, Lori Loughlin, and even Jodie Sweetin were the surprises for me.

I especially liked how many well-known voices make appearances although not credited up front, part of the fun, or part of the humor for me, was picking out very recognizable voices like Dane Cook or Gilbert Gottfried for instance.
